I began fitness training with Julie in October 2020 after yo-yoing with health and fitness for a number of years. Julie has pushed me to consider my lifestyle and how some changes could help with my desire to be fitter and stronger. When I started Julie's running course I couldn't run for more than 1 minute at a time, but following Julie's programme and with her support, I completed a continuous 10km run in January 2021. I also have started a 1:1 with Julie each week which motivates me to keep going and focuses on goals I personally want to achieve. Julie really cares about making your desired improvements happen. I have a way to go with mine but am in doubt I wouldn't be half as fit as I am now without Julie to push me forward.
